The Occupant acknowledges that Aberdeen Management (“Owner”) and Occupant are entering into a business relationship. By checking this box, the Occupant provides express written consent to Owner (including its agents, employees, representatives, affiliates, and those acting on its behalf) to contact Occupant via phone calls, SMS/text messaging, fax, email, and social media for marketing, informational, account-related, and other business communications.
Occupant further consents to receive communications (including emails, SMS/text messaging, and social media messages) at any time of day or night, as deemed appropriate and efficient by Owner and its communication systems. Occupant grants express written consent for Owner to contact Occupant using prerecorded messages, artificial voice, automated telephone dialing systems, or automatic texting systems, to any phone number provided in this agreement or subsequently provided by Occupant.
Owner’s calls, emails, and text messages to Occupant may include, but are not limited to, updates on promotions and offers, account-related alerts, tenancy updates, Facility information, and any communications relevant to the business relationship between Owner and Occupant. Occupant understands that standard text messaging and data rates may apply and that availability may vary depending on the carrier.
Occupant acknowledges that consent to receive such communications is not required as a condition of entering into this agreement or purchasing any goods or services from Owner. Both Occupant and Owner may revoke this consent in writing at any time. Occupant agrees to notify Owner promptly if their contact information changes and understands they may be held liable for charges incurred if outdated contact information is used.
Occupant may opt out of communications at any time by emailing us here or replying STOP to any SMS/text message. By checking this box, Occupant certifies that the phone number(s) provided are accurate and belong to the Occupant.
